Gnocchi cooks really quickly – put Gnocchi into boiling water, and simmer
for just two minutes. Do not stir. When the Gnocchi rise to the surface
of the pan they are cooked. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with a
ny pesto, pasta sauce, or just with grated cheese and butter (or olive oil).
Ingredients: Rehydrated potato flakes (85%), rice flour, potato starch, salt, acidity regulator; lactic acid (E270) preservative: sorbic acid (E 200)

Ingredients: Rehydrated potato flakes (85%), rice flour, potato starch,

Cook for the time indicated on the pack. Remove from heat. Taste.
If not cooked sufficiently do not stir and do not return to heat, but
simply leave in the hot water for a minute. Taste again. If to your
liking drain and serve with any pasta sauce. If still too hard,
leave for another minute and then taste again.
