Just because it's gluten free doesn't mean it's flavour free !
We have tried, tested, and tasted our way through countless loaves, cakes, crackers and chocolates, packs of pasta, muffin mixes, cake and bread mixes, sauces, pates, pestos and pickles and now offer Drossa Limited’s selection of Gluten Free foods. All our products (with the notable exception of those which are naturally gluten free such as, for example, Saffron and Extra Virgin Olive Oil) are Gluten Free products registered with the Coeliac Society. They all carry the "Gluten Free" cross-grain symbol on their packaging and relevant Coeliac Society Licence Number.
Drossa Limited recently introduced their comprehensive range of quality Gluten Free products at the Speciality Fine Food Fair held in London, Several of Drossa Fine Foods’ products have won Great Tastes Awards and an Award as Finalist at the Organic & Natural Show (Olympia 2006) for their Gluten Free Range. Drossa Fine Foods BV has been established as a brand in The Netherlands for some 80 years, and the present CEO takes great pride in selecting the finest of ingredients to produce their many delicious products.
Rice Bites are available in six Great Flavours and have won four Great Tastes Awards. These delicious rice crackers can be bought as a mixture or as single flavours.
Agluten’s quality Italian products provide a true taste of Italy. Their range includes Egg Pastas (28% egg), delicious breads and mixes, and scrumptious cakes. Look out for their Christmas Panettone type cake which we will be offering in a few weeks’ time.
MixWell specialises in gluten free flour, cake and bread mixes – and nothing else. Located in the heartland of Sweden, MixWell believe that they produce a greater variety of bread mixes than any other European company. They offer naturally Gluten Free as well as Gluten Free Codex Starch products. Some products are Lactose and/or Sugar free – please look carefully at the list of ingredients. We have found the products so easy to use – and quickly progressed from basic mixes to adding our own favourite ingredients - cinnamon and raisins to basic Muffin Mix; dried fruits and nuts to Seed Bread Mix; and making a delicious selection of buns with MixWell’s Swedish Coffee Bread Mix.
