Welcome to Drossa's web store where we aim to offer a selection of delicious gluten free foods including breakfast cereals, breads, flours and mixes, and a wide range of gluten free pasta shapes. We know that just because a product is gluten free doesn't mean it has to be taste free!

Drossa specialises in gluten free foods sourced from around the world from expert producers. Many of our products have won awards, and earlier in February (2012) we were delighted to learn that no fewer that SIX of our great tasting products were shortlisted for a FREE FROM AWARD:

This year's Awards and Shortlist is only part of Drossa's quality story with previous Awards for Farabella gf Gnocchi, Finax Pancake Mix, and Farabella's fabulous gluten free Cannelloni.

We offer a wide range of gluten free pasta shapes - some like Cannelloni and Conchiglione for stuffing, to Penne and the extra large Pennoni, regional cuts such as Garganelli, Ciccatelli and Orechiette, and the really versatile Acini di Pepe/Pasta Grains which can be served hot or cold as a gluten free cous-cous alternative.

We have just added to our range of Crazy Bakers biscuits - look out for COCONUTS. Another great tasting gluten free biscuit. Add some variety with Crazy Bakers delicious breads and crackers. Breakfast could almost be perfect with Finax gluten free Musli (in a Musli product tasting carried out by Coeliac UK, Finax's gf Muesli was first choice of the nut free Mueslis included in the taste testing), or a bowl of Finax Crunch, served with warm Crazy Bakers rolls, or perhaps some freshly made Shake n Bake Finax Muffins or Pancakes.

From Italy we can offer Galantino's wonderful olive oils. This an old established olive mill, offering award winning olive oils - some plain, some made with lemons, oranges or bergamot, yet others with mint or basil. Stunning flavours which can enhance any meal.

COMING SOON: Look out also for Vincotto from Calogiuri. Made by the same family for over a 100 years, Vincotto is a marvellous addition to any store cupboard. Use to enhance many dishes; a plate of fresh rocket with some Parmesan shavings topped with a drizzle of Vincotto Originale or Vincotto with Fig will capture many taste buds; or try some Vincotto drizzled over fresh strawberries, or over vine tomatoes.

Just because it's gluten free doesn't mean it's taste free !
